PT Corpo Forestale e di Vigilanza Ambientale della Regione Sardegna is an enviromental police organization, derived due to the special autonomic status of the Regione Sardegna in the framework of Italian Republic from the Corpo Forestale dello Stato.

CFVA have in charge many missions in environmental field; particularly the control of fauna and flora protected by the law, National and regional parcs, control of hunting, fishing and also coordination, suppression and direction of actions in wildfire fighting.

In fact, personnel of CFVA have in charge the function of Director of extinguishing wildfires, coordinating many volunteers and professionals groups.

CFVA is an organization that sets almost 1450 people, differentiated as "agents", "suboficials", "officials" and 5 managers".
